SENIQ is a modern women’s outdoor brand built around the belief that time outside is a powerful wellness tool. Launched in March 2024, the brand quickly gained traction with technical apparel designed for “street to trail” wear and a mission-backed model that donates 1% of sales to mental wellness initiatives. Growth came fast: new product launches, wholesale expansion, and upcoming retail partners like Scheels — all with a lean team.

When Shopify alone wasn’t enough for wholesale growth

In the early days, SENIQ shipped orders out of a basement and ran everything through Shopify. That worked until wholesale and a 3PL entered the picture. Inventory lived in too many places. Reporting was manual. And as new channels came online, the risk of overselling increased.

“Before GoodDay, everything lived in Shopify, and pulling reports felt clunky and unreliable. We didn’t really trust the numbers.”
— Madison Hilson, Co-Founder, SENIQ

SENIQ needed better inventory visibility early, without slowing the team down or introducing unnecessary complexity.

Choosing a Shopify-native system that could grow with the team

The team had experience with larger ERP systems and knew they wanted something different: Shopify-native, flexible, and realistic for an early-stage brand. Just as importantly, they wanted a partner, not just software.

“We didn’t want a massive, complicated system. We wanted something that worked with Shopify and made sense for a small, fast-moving team.”

GoodDay gave SENIQ a more mature operational foundation, paired with hands-on support from a team that understood their business and growth goals.

Hands-on implementation with a team that stayed closely involved

GoodDay worked closely with SENIQ to connect their 3PL and WMS through a lightweight implementation. The GoodDay expert team stayed highly engaged throughout the process, meeting regularly, answering questions quickly, and adapting as SENIQ’s needs evolved. The team was live in about a month and later added a B2B system, NuOrder,  that integrates directly with GoodDay as wholesale volume increased.

“The implementation was straightforward, and the team was incredibly responsive. It felt like we had real experts in our corner, and we were up and running in about a month.”

Clear inventory visibility and shared data across the business

As SENIQ grew from 3 to 8 team members, GoodDay became the shared source of truth across the business. Inventory is clearly separated between ecommerce and wholesale. The team trusts the data. And more people across the company can actually use it.

“It’s simple enough that the whole team can use it, not just ops.”

“From design to wholesale to operations, everyone looks at the same data now.”

Implementing GoodDay early, with an engaged support team behind it, helped SENIQ avoid growing pains later.

“GoodDay helped us operate like a much bigger company, much earlier than we otherwise could have…Implementing earlier meant we didn’t have to add headcount just to keep up operationally.”

A flexible system backed by a team that simplifies complexity

“GoodDay is flexible and agile, but what really stood out was the team. They made the complex parts of our business feel simple.”
