I recently went on a The Unofficial Shopify Podcast to talk about why ERP implementations are such a mess for growing Shopify brands and how I think about the right timing to make the leap.At Chubbies, we scaled past $100M and learned the hard way that legacy ERPs were often just the best of the worst options.
